Val d’Isère is an iconic high-altitude resort in the French Alps, renowned for its vast ski area, reliable snow and authentic village atmosphere.

Megève is a timeless Alpine village, combining excellent skiing with French charm, exceptional gastronomy and a relaxed, elegant atmosphere.

Courchevel is the most celebrated resort of Les 3 Vallées: a family of villages, from Le Praz at 1,300 m to Courchevel 1850, opening onto 600 km of linked, beautifully groomed pistes.

Val Thorens is the highest ski resort in Europe at 2,300 m, offering snow-sure skiing from late November into spring and direct access to 600 km of pistes across Les 3 Vallées.

Set around its lake at 2,100 m and linked to Val d’Isère, Tignes is one of the most snow-sure resorts in the Alps, with skiing up to 3,456 m on the Grande Motte glacier.

Les Arcs spreads across four resorts, Arc 1600, 1800, 1950 and 2000, linked to La Plagne to form Paradiski. From the Aiguille Rouge at 3,226 m, a 7 km run drops 2,026 m to Villaroger.

La Plagne brings together a family of resorts between 1,250 m and 3,080 m, with 225 km of pistes of its own and 425 km across Paradiski, linked to Les Arcs by the Vanoise Express.

Perched at around 1,800 m above Morzine, Avoriaz is a car-free resort where most residences open directly onto the slopes, at the heart of the Portes du Soleil.

A traditional village at 1,172 m, Les Gets combines a relaxed, family atmosphere with access to the Portes du Soleil, one of the largest international ski areas, straddling France and Switzerland.

Les 2 Alpes rises from 1,300 m at Mont-de-Lans to 3,600 m, offering 2,300 m of vertical and one of the largest skiable glaciers in Europe, open for skiing in winter and in early summer.

At 1,860 m and facing south, Alpe d’Huez is known as the island in the sun. From the Pic Blanc at 3,330 m, the Sarenne run descends 16 km, one of the longest in the world.

Framed by mountains, Lake Annecy is famous for its clear, turquoise water, and the old town, with its canals and flower-lined bridges, is one of the most charming in France.
